All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, incorrect information, payment issues, or product unavailability. Full payment must be received before an order is processed or shipped.
We offer worldwide shipping. Estimated delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on the destination, carrier, and customs processing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and GetPresto is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carriers, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and shipping information. International customers are also responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Refunds or replacements may be available for products that arrive damaged or defective. Customers must contact us promptly and provide clear photos or video evidence. All claims are reviewed individually, and approval is at the discretion of GetPresto.
GetPresto is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss resulting from product misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions and safety guidelines.
